Rules for Buyers
Bidding on an item indicates your intent to purchase that item and is considered a legally binding contract between yourself and the seller of the item. Bids cannot be cancelled once they are submitted. Upon receiving notification that you are the winning bidder you are obligated to purchase the item. If you do not pay your seller within their auction guidelines, your seller can turn you in for non payment through an abuse report. Any account receiving two reports against them in any 60 day period will be subject to review for suspension.
Rules for Sellers
Posting an item in an auction indicates your intent to sell this item to the highest bidder and is irrevocable. Upon completion of the auction it is your responsibility to conclude the sale with the winning bidder. In order to post an item on this auction site you must agree to the following:
Do not inflate the price of your item by bidding on the item yourself.
Do not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
Do not infringe on any third party copyright, trademark, service mark or patent.
Do not spam (send unsolicited email) to users of this site.
Do not list any items that violate TabooTrader.com Policies.
Listing Policies
Listings that violate TabooTrader.com policies may result in auctions being ended early. Continued violations WILL result in seller suspension.
You must be 18 years of age or older to Sell or List items on TabooTrader.com.
No pornographic materials are allowed on TabooTrader.com. Nude art is allowed for sale as long as pictures are modified to not show any explicit details.
Absolutely NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES are to be sold or purchased on TabooTrader.com. This would include any items that have illegal substances contained on, or within. Selling items with illegal substances in or on them is an illegal act and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Furthermore, TabooTrader.com DOES NOT CONDONE DRUG USE, NOR DO WE PROMOTE THE SALE OF ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED ILLEGALLY. TabooTrader.com assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for the condition of an item as we don't have the ability to physically inspect each item sold.
ALL ITEMS LISTED IN THE LEGAL BUD AND/OR LEGAL OTC (OVER THE COUNTER) STIMULANT CATEGORIES MUST BE SOLD IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND UNOPENED. NO TAMPERING OR SUBSTITUTION WILL BE ALLOWED.

Shipping and handling charges must be listed in auction description. TabooTrader.com has purchased a subscription service to facilitate the calculation of shipping costs, which we provide for free to our customer base. If shipping cost is unknown, estimated shipping cost must be listed. If you list an estimated shipping cost, you must specify in your auction description that it is estimated and buyers can contact you for more details. Estimated shipping costs must be within 25% of actual amount charged at the end of the auction. If seller inflates estimated shipping charges more than 25%, the buyer is not obligated to purchase and seller may be subject to disciplinary action for violation of shipping/handling policy.
TabooTrader.com does not allow the use of profanity or patently vulgar language. This includes the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene in nature. This policy extends to text within listings and pictured text.
Sellers may not posts more than 1 listings for identical items.
Giving your item an inappropriate title is not permitted on TabooTrader.com. Inappropriate titles are any titles that do not accurately describe the item for sale.
Listings that attempt to make sales outside of TabooTrader.com are not permitted.
